The buttons are Spanish as the current forum style the forum is Spanish. The only reason the header (Buttons along the top, navigation) is English is because that was customized. There are forum styles available in English.

Regarding the Hello/ Bye Forum. There is one, only it has a different name. You'll find it in "Off Topic Chat" under the name "Introduction/Departure"

About the Mod Tryouts, Staff will onlt hire more staff when they think they are needed. Currently there is a spot available, view this thread for more info.
